Mars Retrograde Bath Recipe


· 1 cup Epsom salt, 1 cup baking soda

· 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil

· 5 drops of lavender essential oil

· 5 drops of lemongrass essential oil

· 2 drops of each of the following flower essences - impatiens (irritability), olive (physical and mental exhaustion), white chestnut (worrying thoughts), walnut (helps to let go)


· 1 tablespoon dried passionflower (over-wired nerves)



✨Mix all ingredients together and add them to the bathtub. Soak 20-30 minutes
