💫 A full moon happens when the Sun and the Moon are opposite each other which creates a push and pull between the sign the Moon is in and the sign the Sun is in.
It's a time when our emotions are heightened, the energy is high and there is a sense of fullness and culmination.
💫 We are in Sagittarius Season, meaning the Sun is in Sagittarius. Which means the Full moon occurs in the opposite sign of Gemini. Gemini is ruled by Mercury which governs our nervous system, how we communicate and think. It's a quick, witty, chatty, and nervous energy.
💫 Astrological events never happen in a vacuum. This month Mars is highly involved. Mars, currently retrograde, meaning it's acting out of control, is sitting on top of the Moon and across from the Sun. Which means a lot of heightened fiery emotions and slaying with words. Our words impact our Nervous System.

Or putting it very simple, your words make you feel the way you feel and what you feel and put out there is essentially the world you create.

💫 Let me give you an example of how important and life-changing words can be.
💫 A couple of years ago a very wise friend of mine said something to me, ONE sentence that changed and shifted my life forever and since then I NEVER EVER said this sentence ever again.
So, what did I say and what did she say?
She was telling me about her upcoming trip to Mexico and me, like many others said the very common sentence: "Awww I'm so jealous".
So, then she replied: "Don't be jealous, you're my friend!" - instantly this struck me very deeply. She was so so so right!
After this, I never said this sentence ever again and it changed me. It lifted the burden of being jealous from my heart. And that my friend is the most liberating feeling ever.
But let's back it up a little. What is jealousy? Jealousy is according to the dictionary a jealous disposition attitude or feeling.
💫 According to Abraham Hicks your emotions can be ranked on a scale ranging from the most positive and high-vibe emotion of joy, appreciation, empowerment, freedom and love and the lowest vibration of fear, grief, desperation, despair, powerlessness. There are in total 22 ranks on that scale. Do you know where jealousy is? On rank 20! It's right before feeling insecure, guilty, and unworthy and super close to rock bottom with the emotions of fear, grief, desperation, despair, powerlessness.

So, do we really want to feel that way?
So why do we say I'm jealous when speaking those words creates that rock-bottom feeling? And it doesn't stop there. In that moment a lot of other chemical and physical reactions get triggered in our body that we're not aware of.
So why is this important to know?
For a lot of things but let me point out 2 for you.
1. How does it make you feel? What do you feel physically when you're jealous? Personally, I feel a sting around my heart, and I feel like not being able to breathe. So obviously, I don't want to feel this way.
2. "Your word is your wand". When you speak, you send out a vibration into the world. That vibration you send out is your communication with the universe. So, when you send out "good vibes" you're most likely to attract good fortune, situation, people. And the other way round. You send out "jealous" words or thoughts, you're sending out the vibration of "lack of..." so you're attracting loss, lack of etc.
It's so simple! But man, it works!!!! If you don't believe me, give it a try!
Here's another example for you.
So, there are 2 sentences I stopped saying in my life. The first one being I'm so jealous, I replaced it with "I'm so happy for you".
The second one is even more powerful for me. I stopped saying "I'm overwhelmed".
I realized every time I said it, my heart started to race even faster, I was even more agitated, nervous, and anxious.
Instead, when feelings of overwhelm start to creep in, I say to myself "I don't do overwhelm" and BOOM everything shifts!
